Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses in the continental United States. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or destinations outside the U.S.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. After dispatch, Standard Shipping takes 7–16 business days and Express Shipping takes 7–13 business days. Your tracking email is sent once the carrier scans your parcel.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard Shipping is $9.90 and is free on orders of $69 or more. Express Shipping is $29.44 and is available regardless of order value. Your exact shipping cost is shown before payment.
How do I track my order?
Every order receives a tracking number by email once it ships. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to show its first update. You can also follow your shipment through our order-tracking page.
What is your return policy?
Most items may be returned or exchanged within 90 days of delivery when they are new, unused, and in their original packaging with all accessories. Returns are free with an approved return authorization. Final-sale, personalized, digital, and gift-card items are not returnable unless defective.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including applicable shipping costs.
Do your products include a warranty?
All Shunnk products are covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery. Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, and unauthorized modifications are not covered.
